Thank you for using the DoubleTheOdds.co.uk Web Site. Within the site we are governed by certain rules relating to the exhibition and sale of works online. Some of these terms and conditions apply to our relationship with you. Our intention here is to set forth these terms unequivocally so that you are aware at all times of our responsibilities to you and vice versa. We assume that by continuing to use the Site, you have read and accepted these terms. Do not use the site if you do not accept these terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions contain all of the terms governing the relationship between you and DoubleTheOdds.co.uk and any variation must be explicitly agreed by us in writing. Any advice, recommendation, representation or other information given by us concerning the products, which is not confirmed in writing is given on an informal basis and shall not form part of the relationship between us. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder of the agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING
All purchases made from DoubleTheOdds.co.uk will be regulated by these terms and conditions, so it is important that you read them thoroughly before making any purchase. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
 
THE CONTRACT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the goods ordered. DoubleTheOdds.co.uk is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. No contract will subsist between you and DoubleTheOdds.co.uk for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until DoubleTheOdds.co.uk accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has started your membership. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time DoubleTheOdds.co.uk sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). All contracts shall be deemed to have been formed in the UK. No one under the age of 18 years old is eligible to make transactions through DoubleTheOdds.co.uk.

DoubleTheOdds.co.uk makes every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on the Site or any other medium are correct and accurate. However it is inevitable that errors will occasionally occur. In the event of such an error, DoubleTheOdds.co.uk will be entitled to rescind the contract and return any monies the customer has paid in respect of the order.
 
SETTLEMENT
All DoubleTheOdds.co.uk prices are in British Pounds. There are no extra delivery charges and that will be clearly shown before you make payment. Your payment card will be debited in GBP.

We accept electronic payments by Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro and Switch made via our third party secure payment processors PayPal.com. On signing up for our service via Paypal the initial subscription payment will be due.

Thereafter membership fees will be automatically paid via Paypal on a quarterly, six monthly or yearly basis without any further notice until cancelled by the member from his own Paypal control panel.

The due date for any subscription recurring payment can be found in you Paypal user membership control panel. It is the subscriber's responsibility to cancel the subscription agreement with Paypal if they wish to stop the recurring payments. Due to the fact that the service we provide is the selling of information which cannot be returned, once a payment has been made no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

DoubleTheOdds.co.uk retains the right to modify the prices from time to time, however this does not apply to previous membership fees, which will remain unaltered for as long as the customer stays subscribed.
 
CANCELLATIONS
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; unless they have been made to your specification or when we have started any other agreed service in writing.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel the subscription at any time by clicking the "cancel" link in your Paypal Membership area control panel accessible after logging-in.  The subscription will expire the day before your next payment is due and no further action is required.

Paypal.com will send you an immediate email to let you know that your cancellation has been processed. If this is not received it is customer’s responsibility to inform DoubleTheOdds.co.uk and Paypal.com thereof in writing.

DoubleTheOdds.co.uk staff are not in control over cancelling your membership: cancellation must be done by you, the customer, via the membership control panel  to avoid any misunderstandings. Should in special cases DoubleTheOdds.co.uk be required to cancel your subscription on your behalf, this shall be done in a written request sent via email giving at least 3 business days to execute the request. However  Subscriptions will be deemed cancelled when the company has acknowledged the cancellation request.

Any cancellation will end DoubleTheOdds.co.uk's liability to you.

REFUNDS
Since DoubleTheOdds.co.uk is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing anything at our site.  The Subscription service, under no circumstances what-so-ever will be refundable. The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights.

MEMBERSHIP SERVICE
The DoubleTheOdds.co.uk subscription selections might vary from day to day and are provided every day from Monday to Sunday. However, due to the nature of this service and certain events which are out of our control, such as no suitable races, sickness, electrical failures etc. you agree that in case of such events the service might be interrupted for a period of up to 5 working days without any refund being provided. DoubleTheOdds.co.uk also reserves the right to change the amount and type of selections given according to what is believed to be the best for our service and our members without any notice.

The information provided shall not be distributed, shared or published in anyway without prior written permission. Any members found to be passing information on to relay services, third parties or non members will have their membership cancelled immediately without any refund and legal action will be pursued whenever required.

The information is provided "as is". DoubleTheOdds.co.uk shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage, direct, indirect or consequential, arising from (i) any inaccuracy or incompleteness in, or delays, interruptions, errors or omissions in the delivery of the data or any other information supplied to you through this Website or (ii) any decision made or action taken by you or any third party in reliance upon the data.

DoubleTheOdds.co.uk will not be liable for loss of business resources, lost profits or any punitive indirect, consequential, special or similar damages whatsoever, whether in contract or tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages incurred by you or any third party.

DoubleTheOdds.co.uk intends to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. Our secure payment service provider use the latest technology to protect your credit card information and does not release it to any outside organisation under any circumstances. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are therefore governed by UK law and all parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK Courts.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
This agreement is made between “the user” and “DoubleTheOdds.co.uk”. This Agreement shall govern the conditions of disclosure by “DoubleTheOdds.co.uk” of certain "Confidential Information" including but not limited to drawings, data, trade secrets and intellectual property relating to our digital products created by DoubleTheOdds.co.ukh and distributed by “DoubleTheOdds.co.uk” or any third party with which DoubleTheOdds.co.uk has made a similar arrangement WHEREAS the parties, for their mutual benefit, may already have exchanged and wish further to exchange certain information of a confidential nature and wish to protect such information in the manner set out in this Agreement.
In return for valuable consideration, with regard to the Confidential Information, the user hereby agrees:
1. The user hereby agrees not to use the information therein except for personal use of our “Informational Products”.
2. To safeguard the information against disclosure to others with the same degree of care as he exercises with his own information of a similar nature.
3. Not to disclose the information to others or to whom it might be of commercial interest, without the express written permission of DoubleTheOdds.co.uk. The holder shall be prevented from using or disclosing any of the information: which are not in the public domain, public knowledge other than through acts or omissions of “the user”.
4. That the secrecy obligations of “the user” with respect to the information shall continue for a unlimited period from the date hereof or when such information is made public by DoubleTheOdds.co.uk.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties in respect of Confidential Information and supersedes all previous agreements, understandings and undertakings in such respect. This Agreement cannot be amended except by written agreement signed by all parties or by their authorised signatories. The interpretation construction and effect of this Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Italy and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK Courts.
DoubleTheOdds.co.uk will be entitled to obtain an injunction to prevent threatened or continued violation of this Agreement, but failure to enforce this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of this Agreement. If either party shall break any of the terms of this agreement the party in default shall indemnify and keep indemnified the other from and against all costs, claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, damages or losses, (including without limitation consequential losses and loss of profit, and all interest, penalties and legal and other professional costs and expenses) incurred or suffered by them by reason of or in connection with any such breach.
